At its southern tip, Kailua Beach Park is hopping
with water sports, picnics, and beach volleyball. Wander north up
the beach, and it quickly becomes a secluded oasis of beachcombers,
sand castles, and tranquility. Considered a world-class spot for
wind-surfing and kite-sailing, Kailua's waters are often host to
colorful sails and kites just off-shore. The protected reef offers
terrific surf for boogie boarding and swimming.
All of our Kailua homes are steps away
from the sand. Beachfront homes
have a private gate onto the sand, while beachside homes
share a deeded access pathway down to the beach.
